Job Profile

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator provides support to the Marketing & Sales departments. The Coordinator will collaborate with internal sale people and 3rd party marketing agencies to create and distribute marketing materials and implement programs. The Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and analysing success for various special promotions, rebates, and giveaways. The Coordinator will be heavily involved in initiatives related to industry tradeshows and conventions. This role is an excellent mixture for the analytical, yet creative, individual.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

• a high degree of independence and self-motivation to see projects through to completion
• the ability to work well independently as well as a member of a team
• excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• a strong eye for detail; proofreading and accuracy are key components to success in this role
• demonstrated data analysis skills using MS Excel or similar
• critical thinking skills; addressing challenges from a problem solver's perspective
• project management experience
• strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsets
• demonstrated ability to learn quickly
• a post secondary education, preferably in business with a marketing focus or related field
• proficiency with MS Office, experience with a CRM or ERP system an asset

This position is temporarily remote due to COVID-19, however, the successful candidate will be on-site full time when regulations and safety allow for in person attendance.
